How can we creatively communicate the importance of protecting our environment?
Join us for a 4-Day Art-full Experience at the Hui No'eau Visual Arts Center, Baldwin Avenue, Makawao. Teachers, grades K-6 are invited to Explore and Develop a Sense of Place through Culture and the Arts, focused on Malama 'Aina - protecting the land.
- June 9 -12, 2025, 9:00 am to 3:00 daily.
- Cost is $150 which includes all art supplies, light morning snacks and lunch provided.
- Registration closes May 12. Space is limited to 30 teachers.
Our Presenters this year are: Visual Arts Teaching Artist - Shelley Toon Lindberg and Creative Writing Teaching Artist - Paul Wood.
